Meredith Sims, RD, LD

Meredith graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and then attended Clemson University to earn Didactic Statement and become a Registered Dietitian in 2005. She worked 13 years in the hospital setting in Greenville before transitioning into dialysis in 2015 where she continues to work part-time. Meredith lives with her husband and three daughters in Greenville. She joined Carolina Nephrology in 2023.
