The Story of Sarah & Terry

Born with a kidney disease, Terry Gerics took matters into her own hands at the 2012 Upstate Kidney Walk, when she wrote “Needs a kidney” on the back of a runners penny.  The events that follow are simply amazing.

Carolina Nephrology has always provided compassionate, quality kidney patient care.

We know that healthy kidneys clean out our blood by removing excess fluid, minerals, and waste along with making hormones that keep your bones strong. Sometimes our kidneys do not function fully. That is where we come in.

The physicians at Carolina Nephrology, PA are committed to delivering quality care to patients utilizing the best clinical data, education and technology available. We do this by evaluating patients individually and seeking the most effective treatment that will maintain or improve their quality of life.

We are proud of our heritage in kidney care and recently have expanded our vision as we reach out to serve new patients in a wider geographical area across the Carolinas.
