Charles Fowler, M.D.
Charles Fowler, M.D. attended medical school at Creighton University, Omaha, Neb. He served his internship in medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Phoenix, Ariz., and internal medicine residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester, Minn. He completed a gastroenterology fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas, and then a nephrology fellowship at Mayo. Dr. Fowler has two grown children and lives in Greenville.
J. Dennis North-Coombes, M.D.
J. Dennis North-Coombes, M.D. was born in the island nation of Mauritius in the southwest Indian Ocean. He attended Cambridge University in London, England, and then the University of Cape Town Medical School, Cape Town, South Africa. He completed his medicine internship at Livingston Hospital, Port Elizabeth, S. Africa; a residency at University of Miami School of Medicine in Florida; and another, in nephrology, at King Edward III Hospital, Durban, S. Africa. Dr. North-Coombes is semi-retired and is enjoying life with wife Shelagh. They have two grown daughters.
